Operation Instructions:<\/b>
A:Before Operation:<\/b><\/p>\n

  1. Confirm the voltage of the power supply and the power indicator light is lit.<\/li>\n
  2. Please open the leak valve of the oil & gas tank, drain the condensed water and immediately close the leak valve when oil leaks out.<\/li>\n
  3. Please check the oil level and keep it between indicator oil level.<\/li>\n
  4. Water cooled system , confirm that cooling water supply is normal.<\/li>\n
  5. When generator driving the belt, please check the belt tension correctly, not too loose or too tight.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    B:Start up<\/b> <\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Main power switch in.<\/li>\n
    2. \u00a0Press the start button to turn on the motor, working indicator light is on.<\/li>\n
    3. Check the discharge pressure gauge and lubricating oil pressure gauge are in correct indication.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      C:Operation<\/b>
      \u00a0\u00a0Please keep the exhaust temperature between 75\u00baC-95\u00baC to avoid condensation and precipitation and emulsify the oil.
      D:Stop<\/b> <\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Press the\u00a0“off”\u00a0button, about 10-15 seconds later, the delay electromagnetic valve acts, and the compressor stops running.<\/li>\n
      2. Turn off the power.<\/li>\n
      3. Don’t use the emergency stop button in case of non emergency.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        E: Precautions:<\/b> <\/p>\n

          \n
        1. For initial start-up and after motor maintenance, determine the running direction of the press (as indicated by the arrow).<\/li>\n
        2. Do not mix different brand of river lubricating oil.<\/li>\n
        3. Change the consumables, lubricating oil and detail operation method, please refer the instruction manual.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
