De volautomatische wafelproductielijn is ontworpen en geproduceerd op basis van de specifieke kenmerken van de binnenlandse koekjesindustrie en combineert elementen van de meest bekende wafelproductielijnen van diverse buitenlandse fabrikanten. De lijn kenmerkt zich door betrouwbare prestaties, een compacte structuur, geringe ruimtebehoefte, een hoge opbrengst, een laag energieverbruik, eenvoudig onderhoud en een simpele bediening.
Het bestaat uit een bakoven, koeltoren, deegoppakmachine, crèmesmeermachine, koelkast, snijmachine, beslagmixer, roommixer en stamper.
De aandrijfmotoren zijn van SEW Duitsland, de lagers van CZPT Duitsland. Het besturingssysteem maakt gebruik van PLC-programmering voor automatisering en eenvoudige besturing van het proces.
