What is the heat pump dryer?
◊The high- temperature heat pump drying unit uses the reverse Carnot principle to absorb heat from the surrounding enviroment and transfer it to the object to be heated(the object with a higher temperature)
◊It’s working principle is opposite to the refrigerator,which is based on the reverse carnot principle.
◊The principle of circulation works, the former increase the temperature and the latter decrease the temperature.
WorKing Principle
The KINKAI Heat pump drying system is a combination of heat pump and dryer subsystems. The device also has a 2x waste heat recovery. The KINKAI Heat pump dryer operates according to a basic air conditioning cycle consisting of 4 main components:
evaporator, compressor, condenser and expansion valve.
At low pressure, the working fluid (refrigerant) evaporates in the evaporator through heat extracted from the air discharged from the dryer. The compressor will increase the enthalpy of the heat pump working chamber and discharge it in the form of superheated
steam under high pressure. Heat is discharged from the working fluid and returned to the process air in the condenser.
The working fluid is then throttled to the low-pressure line (using an expansion valve) and enters the evaporator to complete the cycle. In a drying system, hot and dry air at the outlet of the condenser is allowed to pass through the drying chamber, which obtains latent heat from the material. Moist air at the outlet of the dryer then passes through the evaporator, and condensation occurs when the air is below the dow point temperature. Then drain the water from the condenser.

How to Repair and Maintain an Air Compressor
A compressor is a device used to move air from 1 place to another. Air enters the air compressor through the intake valve. Inside the compressor, the vanes on the inner rotor rotate within an eccentric cavity. The self-adjusting length arm divides the space into multiple cavities of different sizes.
