Current Air Compressor Product Families

The current product programme is organized around three technically distinct compressor families: silent oil-free receiver compressors for intermittent and workshop demand, water-injected oil-free screw compressors for continuous industrial air, and medium/high-pressure screw compressors for processes that need pressure above standard plant air. Gasoline-engine-driven compressors remain a planned range and are not mixed with these verified model families. Each current family therefore has a clear technical boundary: receiver models emphasize verified tank and 8 bar delivery data; water-injected screw models are compared by pressure, FAD, motor power and cooling; medium/high-pressure models are reviewed by pressure class, outlet, footprint and process duty. This separation makes the product grid useful for procurement without implying that one compressor architecture fits every air system.

How to compare compressor products

Start with working pressure and usable airflow at that pressure. Then check duty cycle, receiver requirement, electrical supply, cooling, ambient conditions, installation footprint and service access. Tank volume can buffer short peaks but cannot replace compressor delivery during sustained demand. Screw packages should be reviewed as systems that include intake, compression, cooling, control and downstream treatment.

Published product data

Product pages use model-specific pressure, flow, power, receiver, outlet and dimensional data where those values are available. Missing project conditions are handled as RFQ questions rather than filled with assumptions. This keeps electric receiver models, oil-free screw models and high-pressure models technically separated while allowing buyers to compare them within one compressed-air system.

Installation and service planning

Confirm intake-air quality, ventilation, drainage, electrical protection, distribution pipe size and service clearances before commissioning. High-pressure systems require downstream components suitable for the actual pressure class. Clean-process projects may need additional drying and filtration even when the compression stage is oil-free.
